1 Community Visioning

2 Open Request

The 388 Hudson Street RFP was released on February 14, 2025. Submissions were due on May 23, 2025. To access the RFP documents, please navigate to the Submit an RFP Response tab.

3 Submissions Review

4 Developer Designation

On December 18th, 2025, HPD and NYC Parks announced the designation of the 388 Hudson Street RFP to a team consisting of Camber Property Group, Services for the UnderServed, and Essence Development. The development team will reimagine the vacant lot into the Hudson Mosaic – a mixed-use building with an innovative design that will include approximately 280 affordable, rent stabilized homes on top of a new, state-of-the-art public recreation center.
