NYC Open Culture Program

Art and cultural institutions may apply for the NYC Open Culture Program, which allows the use of certain City blocks for free events. Open culture permits are available for events like cultural performances, rehearsals, and classes so long as they are free, open to the public, and offer free services or information to the community.
