Bike Events
Each spring and fall, NYC DOT celebrates cycling by hosting events for Bike Month (May) and Biketober (October).
We also publish self-guided rides to showcase our city's growing bike network, community amenities, and featured destinations. Whether you're going on a self-guided ride, riding through a park, or planning your commute on two wheels, brush up on safe cycling tips. Looking for the NYC Bike Map? Visit nyc.gov/bikemap.
