Open enrollment courses for all employees are offered via the online catalog on NYCityLearn, and held at the DCAS Citywide Training Center (CTC) or hosted virtually by DCAS. Agency-specific courses can be offered at alternate locations and may be customized to meet agency-specific objectives.
Mayoral and Non-Mayoral agencies must register staff for training through the online Citywide Training catalog (by accessing the "Explore and Learn" tab) on NYCityLearn.
Employees as learners may also browse the online catalog and request to apply for a training through Explore and Learn.
Agencies should be onboarding all staff to NYCityLearn. Agencies in the process of onboarding and who require access to NYCityLearn may complete the DCAS Citywide Training Center Application and provide the application to DCAS Learning & Development (citywidetrainingcent@dcas.nyc.gov).
