The Mayor's Quality of Life divisions oversees a multitude of community concerns. Among them are:

• The Mayor's Anti-Graffiti program which removes graffiti from both public and private buildings.
  
• The Mayor's Anti-Graffiti Paint Program which distributes graffiti removal supplies to civic groups planning community cleanup projects.
  
• Homeless initiatives to clean up and secure sites being used by homeless individuals as encampments.
  
• Addressing illegal dumping by cleaning up and enclosing vacant lots.
  
• Work with members of the Mayor's Rodent Task Force.
