While the New York City Urban Fellows does not have a GPA requirement, please note that the fellowship is very competitive. 

In order to ensure your application is processed, please follow the directions on the last page of the application form.  The application form, transcript, recommendations, essays, resume and any other supporting material must be submitted together in one mailing.  Organize your application into four complete sets: an original and three sets of copies. 

The .PDF application form should be completed electronically, printed out, and sent by mail.

A completed application packet will include the following:

• Four copies of the application form
• Four copies of your resume
• Four copies of the required essays (See application)

The packet should also contain:

• Three sealed recommendation letters (each sealed envelope should contain a letter of recommendation with three copies and the provided recommendation form)
• A sealed original transcript
