Policy

Full-time, per annum employees in titles that are not covered by:

1. the "Leave Regulations for Employees Who are Under the Career and Salary Plan"

2. the "Leave Regulations for Management Employees"

3. the leave plans adopted by the Comptroller of the City of New York

4. other leave plans

5. leave provisions in agreements or contracts with employees or employee organizations

are covered by the "Leave Regulations For Employees Who are Under the Career and Salary Plan."

NOTE: Examples of such employees include, but are not limited to, employees in full-time , per annum, exempt class or non-competitive class titles and employees who serve in positions outside New York City under City Personnel Director Rule 3.2.11.
