This building, located at the corner of Adams and
Willoughby Streets in Downtown Brooklyn, was constructed in the mid-1920s
as a private office building. The City acquired the 13-story building in
1989. Tenants include the Department of Finance, the Department of
Probation, the Board of Elections, the Administration for Children’s
Services and various
other agencies.
