15 Penn Plaza Draft Environmental Impact Statement
On February 5, 2010, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued a  Notice of Completion for a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for 15 Penn Plaza project.
A public hearing on the DEIS will be held at a later date to be announced, in conjunction with the City Planning Commission’s citywide public hearing pursuant to ULURP. Advance notice will be given of the time and place of the hearing. Written comments on the DEIS are requested and will be received and considered by the Lead Agency until the 10th calendar day following the close of the public hearing.

Domino Sugar Rezoning Draft Environmental Impact Statement
On December 30, 2009, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued a Notice of Completion for a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the Domino Sugar Rezoning project. A public hearing on the DEIS will be held at a later date to be announced, in conjunction with the City Planning Commission’s citywide public hearing pursuant to ULURP. Western Rail Yard Final Environmental Impact Statement
On October 9, 2009, the New York City Planning Commission and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, acting as co-lead agencies, issued a Notice of Completion for a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the Western Rail Yard project.
A public hearing to hear oral comments on the DEIS was held on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at 22 Reade Street, New York, New York 10007. Written comments on the DEIS were accepted at the hearing and until Monday, September 21, 2009.
