Public Scoping Meeting on the proposed Riverside Center Project A public scoping meeting was held on the Riverside Center Project on Thursday, January 8th, 2009, at the New York City Department of City Planning’s Spector Hall, 22 Reade Street, New York, New York, 10007.

The meeting was held in two sessions with the first from 2:00 pm to 4:45 pm and the second from 6:00 pm to 8:45 pm. Written comments were accepted by the lead agency until Tuesday, January 20th, 2009.

Public Scoping Meeting on the proposed Western Rail Yard Project

A public scoping meeting was held on Thursday, October 2, 2008 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, 655 West 34th Street, Room 1A-03-05. The scoping meeting included both afternoon and evening sessions. The afternoon session was held between 2:00 and 5:00 PM. The evening session was held between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM to accommodate all those who registered to speak prior to 9:00PM. Written comments on the Draft Scope of Work were accepted at the meeting and were accepted by the co-lead agencies until the close of business on Tuesday, October 14, 2008.

On Friday, May 8, 2009, the Final Scope of Work for the Draft EIS was issued.

Public Scoping Meeting on the proposed Lower Concourse Rezoning and Related Actions

A public scoping meeting was held on Thursday, June 19, 2008 in the cafeteria of Hostos Community College, 450 Grand Concourse, 3rd Floor, Bronx, New York, 10451. Comments on the Draft Scope of Work were accepted at the meeting and until Monday June 30, 2008.

On January 30, 2009, the Final Scope of Work for the Draft EIS was issued.

Public Scoping Meeting on the proposed 363-365 Bond Street Rezoning and Related Actions

On March 13, 2008 the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission, held a public scoping meeting on the Draft Scope of Work for an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed 363-365 Bond Street Rezoning and Related Actions.  Comments on the Draft Scope of Work were accepted at the meeting and until March 24, 2008.

On September 3, 2008, the Final Scope of Work for the Draft EIS was issued.

On November 19, 2007 the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission, held a public scoping meeting on the Draft Scope of Work for an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed Dutch Kills Rezoning. Comments on the Draft Scope of Work were accepted at the meeting and for ten days following the meeting.

On March 11, 2008, the Final Scope of Work for the DEIS was issued.
