Land Use Application Status Reports display status and identifying information, such as project name, location, and description, for ULURP and Non-ULURP applications received by the Department of City Planning (DCP). ULURP applications are land use applications that are subject to the City Charter-mandated Uniform Land Use Review Procedure (ULURP). Non-ULURP applications are not subject to ULURP, but do require action by the City Planning Commission. An application is displayed in the Land Use Application Status Report from its receipt at DCP until the completion of its processing. The reports are updated biweekly, usually during the first and third weeks of the month. The reports were last updated on June 19th , 2008.
