Consolidated Plans: Annual Proposed and Approved plans contain the one-year use of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant and other housing entitlement program funds. The Plans are released in October and January. Proposed and Final Annual Performance Reports, which are released in March and June, review the use of funds for the previous program year.
