	Bronx River Floatables Control Facilities DEP is pleased to announce the availability of the Environmental Assessment Statement (EAS) for the Bronx River Floatables Control Facilities project. The EAS and Notice of Intent to Conduct Environmental Review are available for viewing below. If there are any questions, feel free to contact: Stacy Radine Bureau of Environmental Planning and Analysis, 11th Floor New York City Department of Environmental Protection 59-17 Junction Boulevard Flushing, New York 11373 Project Description NYCDEP will install four below-grade floatables control facilities for three combined sewer overflow (CSO) outfalls in the South Bronx in accordance with the CSO Consent Order with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC). The new floatables control facilities would be installed to serve Outfalls HP-004, HP-007, and HP-009, all of which are within the drainage area of the Hunts Point Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP). In addition, new sewer conduits would be installed for Outfall HP-004 and the concrete headwall at Outfall HP-009 in Soundview Park would be repaired.
