Get Your Free Copy of the Stay Well Exercise Manual.

The Stay Well Exercise manual offers a well balanced series of exercises and routines for seniors of all abilities. Presented in a user friendly layout the book offers lots of options for anyone seeking to exercise at home.
To get your free copy of the Stay Well Exercise manual you must reside in New York City and be over 60 years of age.  Only one copy per request. The manual will be mailed to your home. Quantities are limited.

STAY WELL EXERCISE PROGRAM

The Stay Well exercise program is geared for all seniors, ranging from the fit to those with disabilities. The curriculum includes aerobic exercises as well as routines designed to enhance balance, build muscle strength and aid in the performance of the tasks associated with daily living. Classes end with stress reduction exercises. Classes normally run 40 - 50 minutes and are held once a week.

To participate in this program you must be a registered member of a participating senior center
