NYC’s Corp e-File Program
The New York City Department of Finance is participating in the IRS Fed/State 1120 Corporation Tax e-file program. This allows New York City corporations to electronically file both their federal and NYC corporate returns together.
Beginning with Tax Year 2009, the NYC Corp e-File Program will expand to accept tax returns for Unincorporated Business Tax (UBT) partnership filers.
