Parking Violations Refunds
Finance will automatically issue parking fine refund overpayments within thirty days. Most vehicle owners will not need to file an application to claim a refund of these overpayments. A refund check will be sent to the registered owner of the vehicle and mailed to the address on file. However, if an individual other than the registered owner made the payment, he or she must file a Parking Violations Refund Form to receive the refund.

Tow Refunds
Tow refunds are not sent automatically. You must fill out and return a Parking Violations Refund Form with the necessary documentation.
