If you would like to receive mail at your property address but the address that we have on file is wrong, please click on the following link (if possible, please be sure to include your Borough, Block, and Lot (BBL) information. You can find your BBL on the upper left-hand corner and payment coupon of your Statment of Account):

Note: If a mortgage company pays your property taxes, you do not need to provide the mortgage company address. It will contact us directly. We will still send you a copy of your Statement of Account.

Send My Mail to a Different Address
Finance mails bills and notices to owners at the property address. However, we recognize that some owners would prefer to receive their mail at another address. Also, we realize that our property address could be wrong in some instances. We want to make sure that we send mail to you where you would like to receive it.

My Property Records That Are Mailed to Me Do Not Show the Correct Owner Name
The owner names on your property tax account should match the owner names on your property deed.
If you live in Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan or Queens and have filed your deed, please search our records online to confirm that your deed has been filed. If you cannot view it online or have some other issue, please contact the City Register.
If you have not filed your deed, please refer to our Recording Documents page to learn more about the filing process.
If you live in Staten Island, please send a copy of your deed to confirm your ownership information.
