Industrial Development Agency (IDA)
The Industrial Development Agency (IDA) is administered by the City's Economic
Development Corporation and provides tax exempt financing for manufacturing,
industrial, and not-for-profit corporations. Pursuant to agreement with the
owner and IDA, properties are assessed a Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT).
