Help in collecting money awarded in Small Claims Court.
Evictions
The Sheriff's Division can handle evictions that involve a
court order.
Towing Vehicles
Finance can obtain a judgment after 100 days against
vehicle owners who have unpaid parking fines of $350 or more. The owner does not
have to appear in court. The Sheriff's Division then enforces these court
judgments by seizing (towing) the vehicle(s).

Making Arrests
The Sheriff is authorized to make many different types of civil arrests at the order of the court. Contempt of Court or Kendra's Law violations is some examples.
