Parking Permits for People with Disabilities (PPPD):

E-Permits allows you to apply for parking permits. If you are a Government Agency Driver or Fleet Manager, you can apply for or renew an Agency Business Parking Permit (ABPP). If you are a Not-for-Profit Organization contact person, you can apply for an Annual On-Street Parking Permit (AOSPP). If you are a New York City resident with a disability that impairs mobility, you can apply for a City or State Parking Permit for People with Disabilities (PPPD).

Sidewalk and Roadways Permits

If the Department declares a construction embargo, only emergency work may be performed in the affected area on the dates of the embargo. Embargo information appears on our Special Traffic Advisory page.
