Promotion and Graduation Ceremony on Thurs., Feb. 11
Fire Commissioner Salvatore Cassano will preside over a promotions ceremony for 23 members of the fire service and a graduation ceremony for two firefighters on Thurs., Feb. 11, at 1 p.m. The ceremony will take place at the Fire Academy on Randall’s Island.
