January 1, 2007 – Last month, a dozen local businesses joined the 650 New York City vendors offering discounts to the entertainment industry through the “Made in NY” discount card program.
The new vendors are: Shop Gotham, Alex Hotel, ARK Communications, Inc, Bed Restaurant and Lounge, Diva Desires.com, FILA, Goodburger, ID Cleaners & Carpeting, Unique Comp. Inc., Le Roi Manhattan Fine Body Piercing Boutique, Party Line Tent Rentals, Sid’s Hardware and Home Center Corporation.
As the number of businesses continues to expand, so too do the types of goods and services covered by the program. New categories include: Dry Cleaners, DVD Authoring & Production, Emergency Planning & Consulting, Entertainment & Nightlife, Exercise & Fitness, Jewelry, Museums, Galleries & Tours, Spa & Message and Vehicles & Picture Cars.
