Rent Guidelines Board Reports The NYC Rent Guidelines Board has released all six research reports of the 2009 season: The Housing Supply Report, the Changes to the Rent Stabilized Housing Stock in NYC in 2008 study, the Price Index of Operating Costs study, the Mortgage Survey Report, the Income & Expense Study, and the Income & Affordability Study are available for download on the NYC Rent Guidelines Board Web site.
