Asset Sales is designed to sell occupied City owned multiple dwelling buildings to prospective eligible residential and commercial tenants. Properties will be sold in "as is" condition. HPD will not provide construction or permanent financing. In the event that the residential or commercial tenants do not purchase, these properties will be made available through a Request for Offers (RFO) process.
