The Investigation, Revenue and Enforcement Administration (IREA) is responsible for supporting the integrity of social services programs administered by HRA. IREA is comprised of three major operating units: the Office of Investigation, the Office of Revenue and Administration, and the Office of Medicaid Provider Fraud and Abuse Investigation (OMPFAI).
