Pay Your Water Bill

You can now pay your Water Bill by any of these options:

  • By Mail
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT - no fee)
  • Phone (Pay by Phone - no fee)
  • Credit Card (2.25% convenience fee)
  • NYCServ ePayment Center (NYCServ convenience fee applies)

To pay your water and sewer bill you will need your water and sewer bill account number, which may be found in the upper left-hand corner of your water bill (view an image of a bill).

By Mail

Use the return envelope sent along with your bill. Checks or money orders should be made payable to NYC WATER BOARD. Simply enclose your bill stub and check or money order, put a stamp on the envelope and mail to:

EFT

EFT transactions can be initiated using either the internet or by telephone at no additional cost to the user.  No convenience fee will be imposed.  To pay your water and sewer bill using EFT, you will need a checking or savings account number along with the bank routing number.

Pay by Phone: 1-866-622-8292

Pay by Phone is an automated payment service for customers to pay their bills over the phone at no cost to the customer through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

Credit Cards

Please have your American Express, MasterCard or Discover Card. Visa is not accepted. A 2.25% convenience fee will be charged to use this service.

Please allow up to 72 hours for your payment to post to your account.

NYCServ ePayment Center

All payments processed through NYCServ ePayment Center will be charged an associated convenience fee. Please check the NYCServ website for details.

Pay by E-check or Credit Card through the NYCServ ePayment Center
