The 25th Precinct is a mixed area consisting of commercial,
residential and both public and private housing. There are six main commercial
strips in the precinct: E. 166th St. from Pleasant Ave. to Madison Ave., E.
125th St. from 2nd Ave. to 5th Ave., 3rd Ave. from E. 115th St. to E. 125th St.,
Lexington Ave. from E. 115th St. to E. 124th St. and 2nd Ave. from E 115th St.
to E. 124th Street.

Meetings:
The Community Council meetings are held on the last Wednesday of every month,
except when that Wednesday falls within the week of a major holiday, at which
time the meeting will be forecast of the various particulars. The current
time of the meetings are at 1830 hours. The location of the meetings are
normally at the 25th Precinct, except when otherwise stipulated. Currently
the Precinct Community Council meets at least three times per year
at various locations in the community, such as at the Riverbend
Condominiums, Riverton Cooperative, 1775 Houses and Taino Towers to name a
few. The Executive Board Meeting often fluctuates based on the
availability of their schedules but always occurs at least a week or two
before the general meeting. The Executive Board Meeting is normally
chaired by the President,Ms. Brenda Colon or the Vice President, Reverend
Warren J. Abney and regularly attended by either one or both of the
Community Affairs Officers and sometimes the Commanding Officer. The
annual elections are held in June.
