for Selecting Trial Dates: |

Parties seeking to calendar a new case on OATH's Trial Calendar
should select a date(s) more than 14 days from today that is
not shaded in red. |
| •
Enter the selected date(s) on the OATH
Intake Sheet and e-mail it to oathcal@oath.nyc.gov |
| • The
Calendar Unit will confirm the selected date(s) by return e-mail.
No notice of trial should be served on any party until a confirmation
from the Calendar Unit has been received. |
• Do
not use this calendar to schedule priority cases, which should
be done by e-mailing
or calling the OATH Calendar Unit prior to submission of the
Intake Sheet. |
| • Please be
advised that although this calendar is updated regularly, it
is possible that a date may become unavailable at some point
during the day due to incoming docketing requests. |
