Section 100. Terminology

Section 101. A City administrative law judge shall uphold the integrity of the tribunal on which he or she serves.

Section 102. A City administrative law judge shall avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety in all of his or her activities.

Section 103. A City administrative law judge shall perform his or her judicial duties impartially and diligently.

Section 104. A City administrative law judge shall conduct his or her extra-judicial activities so as to minimize the risk of conflict with judicial obligations.

Section 105. A City administrative law judge shall refrain from inappropriate political activity.
