or a workplace dispute and you believe the parties could benefit from
a non—punitive conflict resolution process, please contact
us right away. The sooner in the process a mediation occurs, the more
likely it is that a successful and durable resolution will be achieved.
The Center will discuss the conflict with you to determine whether or
not the case is appropriate for mediation, and if necessary, will assist
with engaging the parties in to participate in mediation.
Not only does mediation save valuable time and resources, it also empowers
each party to resolve future conflicts in a more constructive manner.
