The Center recently held its semi-annual 1-day Conflict Management and Workplace Mediation training session as part of its ongoing collaboration with DCAS. The training was held on Thursday, March 20th at 2 Washington Street in lower Manhattan. Center Director, Justo Sanchez, along with Supervising Administrative Law Judge, Hon. Ray Kramer, led 19 Executive Agency Personnel Officers in a series of exercises and discussions aimed at addressing conflict in the workplace. Eleven (11) city agencies participated in the training. Agencies sending representatives included NYC Health & Hospitals Corporation, The Office of Emergency Management, and The Kings County District Attorney's Office, to name a few.
