Phase Two of What If NYC...
OEM Announces Phase Two of What If NYC...
The City launched the What If NYC... design competion to find innovative solutions for sheltering displaced New Yorkers after a coastal storm. In February of 2008, a jury selected 10 winners. Each team received a $10,000 stipend along with a technical review from the NYC Department of Design and Construction to further develop their designs. Access the revised designs on the competition's online gallery.
