Preparing for the Unexpected

Devastating  acts, such as the terrorist attacks on the World Trace Center and the Pentagon, have left many concerned about the possibility of future incidents in the United States.  Such uncertainty about present and future safety is a source of great stress.  It is important to know that there are steps you can take to prepare for the unexpected and to reduce the level of stress you experience both now and in the event of a future critical incident.
