Learn more CIGNA HealthCare for Seniors CIGNA HealthCare for Seniors is available to retirees with Medicare Parts A and B who reside in Phoenix, Arizona (Maricopa County and the City of Apache Junction only). Learn more DC 37 Med-Team Senior Care Program DC 37 Medicare-eligible members, retirees, and their families qualify for DC 37 Med-Team Medicare-related coverage. Learn more Elderplan Elderplan is available to retirees who reside in the following counties in New York City: Kings, Queens, Richmond and New York. Learn more Empire Medicare Related Coverage Empire Medicare-related coverage offers Medicare-eligible retirees protection from costly health care by filling the gaps in Medicare coverage and is available nationwide.
