The City of New York offers its employees, retirees and their eligible family members a comprehensive LTC Program, administered and insured by Metropolitan Life Insurance Company ("MetLife"). This website will provide you with information on eligibility, available benefits, premiums and more. Note: The information contained in this website applies only to new participants enrolling in the MetLife program and not transferees from the previous CNA program.
