Welcome to the City of New York Long-Term Care (LTC) Program. The City of New York offers its employees, retirees and their eligible family members a comprehensive LTC Program, administered and insured by Metropolitan Life Insurance Company ("MetLife"). This website will provide you with information on eligibility, available benefits, premiums and more.

NoteThe information contained in this website applies only to new participants enrolling in the MetLife program and not transferees from the previous CNA program.

Employees can also contact MetLife at 1-866-414-7076 for detailed information regarding the LTC program.
