|  Agency Services Agency Services provides assistance to agencies in a variety of ways. First, it provides Commissioners, managers and the public with enhanced real-time performance data in the form of the Mayor’s Management Report and new performance reports to improve service quality and delivery. Second, it helps coordinate citywide initiatives as well as manage multi-agency projects. Finally, it provides resources to help agencies redesign their service delivery methods, analyze and provide solutions to interdisciplinary problems, and coordinate performance audits.
