“New York City has created an effective Citywide workforce system that has engaged the business community and has dramatically increased the number of New Yorkers being trained and placed in full time employment. This success story has become a national model and can be seen operating in the Workforce1 Career Centers and the Business Solutions Centers throughout the City's five boroughs.”
