Judicial Campaign Ethics Center The Center is a service of the New York State Unified Court System which responds to inquiries from judicial candidates regarding their own campaign conduct, educates judicial candidates regarding the applicable ethics rules, and informs the public about judicial campaigns. Approximately two weeks before the general election, you can find a voter guide to candidates for elective judicial office (other than town and village justice positions) on the Center’s web site.
