Accessible via the web or a free app, MyNYCHA allows public housing residents to request repairs and maintenance 24/7.  

What can I do on MyNYCHA?

How can I use it? 

No registration is required – just log in using your last name, date of birth, and the last four digits of your Social Security number. 

MyNYCHA is available in English, Spanish, Russian, and Traditional and Simplified Chinese.  

Where can I access it? 

Download it to your smartphone or tablet from the app store or use the web version on your computer.
