NYC Junior Ambassadors uses the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to help educators and students understand the work of the UN and related global issues.

Through curated guided visits of the United Nations Headquarters, NYC Junior Ambassadors and their educators have the opportunity to visit a site of global importance enabling program participants to engage with experts on their topics of interest.

Senior United Nations diplomats visit our NYC Junior Ambassadors in their classrooms, creating opportunities for dignitaries to engage with New York City schools and to build a connection with school communities.

NYC Junior Ambassadors are making a difference in their communities and the world! From taking action against climate change, to donating to those in need, and mobilizing their communities and elected officials, they are proving that young people can make an impact!
