About the Program

NYC Emergency Management and the NYC Department of Design and Construction, with support from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, FEMA, and the Regional Catastrophic Preparedness Grant Program, built and tested a prototype based on a shipping container-style modular system in Brooklyn, NY.
