Dashboard Q3 Data Out Today

The latest permit
data from the Department of Buildings is now available
on our
NYC Construction Dashboard, a quarterly
analytics report which shows a snapshot of permit
activity in NYC.
The calendar year
Q3 2021 data, released today, shows that a 38,385 total
construction work permits were issued in NYC (initial
and renewal). That number is up from the 37,356 permits
issued in Q3 2020, and the 34,913 permits issued in Q3
2019.
1,743 New Building
permits (initial and renewal) were issued in NYC during
Q3 2021, which is up from the 1,718 issued in Q3 2020,
but down from the 1,868 issued in Q3 2019.

city-issued OATH/ECB violation, and is a great
