to share our progress in rolling out DOB NOW,
the interactive web-based portal
that will enable you to complete
business processes online.
DOB NOW: Build Upcoming
Releases
Antenna and Curb Cut job filings
will launch on August 28,
2017 in DOB NOW: Build.
All Antenna and Curb Cut job
filings that currently have a
BIS job number will continue to
be processed in the borough
offices or through eFiling. Any
new Antenna and Curb Cut job
filings submitted after August
28, 2017 must be
submitted in DOB NOW: Build.
DOB NOW: Safety Upcoming
Releases
DOB NOW: Safety will
launch on
August 14, 2017
for Boiler Compliance Filings.
After August 14, 2017 all 2017
Boiler Inspection Cycle
compliance filings must be
submitted in DOB NOW: Safety.
Effective July 29, 2017
2017 Boiler Inspection Cycle
compliance filings will no
longer be accepted in person on
the 4th and 6th Floors at 280
Broadway or via mail. This
includes disk filing
submissions.
Beginning August 14, 2017
2017 Boiler Inspection Cycle
compliance filings must be
submitted online through DOB
NOW: Safety. 2016 Boiler
Inspection Cycle compliance
filings will continue to be
accepted in person on the 4th
and 6th Floors at 280 Broadway
or via mail through December 31,
2017. This includes disk filing
submissions.
Between July 29, 2017 and August
14, 2017
No in-person boiler compliance
filings will be accepted. If
your filing is due in that two
week period, you must submit the
filing before July 29, 2017.

will need to register for
eFiling. If you have not done so
already, please read our

for detailed information about
the registration process.
DOB NOW Training
DOB is committed to preparing
the public for this change by
providing training and support
materials to ensure everyone is
ready and able to successfully
use the new system. In-person
industry training for DOB NOW:
Safety for Boiler
compliance filings and DOB NOW:
Build for Antenna and Curb Cut
job filings is scheduled from
June to August 2017. Please read our Service Notices for information about important
DOB NOW: Safety and DOB NOW: Build dates and sign
up for a training session today!
