Dear fellow New Yorker
Nowruz or Persian New Year is based on the spring equinox and celebrated worldwide. Mayor Adams joins the community in honoring the holiday. Happy Nowruz to all New Yorkers who celebrate!
In Western Christianity, Holy Week is the sixth and last week of Lent, beginning with Palm Sunday and concluding on Holy Saturday. Wishing all who observe the holidays, a peaceful Holy Week.
