Dear fellow New Yorker:
This past week, Mayor Adams was honored to host a Juneteenth celebration at Gracie Mansion and light up City Hall in the Pan-African flag colors. We are proud to celebrate the joy of emancipation and recognize the struggle to make progress. As the summer season starts, be sure to check out this comprehensive list of free cultural events available to New Yorkers of all ages and backgrounds happening across all five Boroughs this summer season.
Finally, remember, our Charter Revision Commission wants to hear from you! A historic commission has convened to evaluate how we can make our city safer and our government more responsive, transparent, and efficient. They're incorporating New Yorkers' feedback into their upcoming proposals, so attend a Public Input Session near you.
