Introduction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Progress notes \u201ctell the story\u201d of your work and interactions with participants and the journey of their experience in your program.  You want to ensure that progress notes connect back to the original goals and ISP so that progress can be measured each time someone reads a note.  It\u2019s also important to remember that these are official records of your work with an individual, and they can be accessed at any time by agency staff, the participant, and your funder(s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
