MetroPlus is an HHC subsidiary Health Plan that provides low or no-cost health insurance through Medicaid Managed Care, Child Health Plus, Family Health Plus, Medicaid HIV Special Needs Plan, and MetroPlus Medicare.

HHC Options is HHC's own financial assistance and charity care program. If you're not eligible for public insurance, the HHC Options program will reduce your fee to an affordable amount, based on family size and income. Speak to a financial counselor at your HHC hospital or community health center.

Financial assistance is available to all New Yorkers without regard to immigration status. Of course, any information related to a patient's immigration status is strictly confidential.
