Need help applying for kindergarten programs, middle schools, high schools, or requesting a transfer to a school that better meets your child’s needs?

Education advocates and attorneys from the ACS Office of Education Support and Policy Planning (OESPP) can help you handle a range of educational issues for children up to age 21.

OESPP assists parents in making informed decisions when applying to schools for their children under the NYC Department of Education’s Public School Choice (PSC) program.

OESPP can help in the following areas:

• Special education services
• Early intervention services
• Transitioning out of juvenile detention
• College application process

OESPP staff provide training to help:

• Resolve problems with educational services
• Identify children who are not receiving appropriate educational services
• Find appropriate educational services for children
