Jude Torchenaud

Jude Torchenaud, LMSW, is a graduate of Columbia University with a master's degree and has a remarkable 33-year tenure with the Administration for Children’s Services, as a Community Advocate, supervisor in child protective services, and various other capacities. He has been a steadfast advocate for the wellbeing of children. Beyond his professional role, Jude has devoted many years of service to community advocacy, skillfully bridging the gap between the agency and the broader community and ensuring the families within the child protective realm receive the best possible outcomes. His commitment to fostering understanding has been instrumental in enhancing public awareness of the agency's vital functions.
