Tasneem Aljayyousi's Biography

Tasneem Aljayyousi is a Skadden, Arps Honors Program in Legal Studies Scholar. She majored in Political Science at the City College of New York and co-founded The Immigrant Advocacy Alliance. Tasneem is passionate about social justice issues and has advocated for the rights of immigrants, women, and victims of racial and religious discrimination. She is the secretary of the School Board at Andalusia School in Yonkers, New York. She is also currently the business administrator at Auto Sports in the Bronx. Tasneem hopes to combine her love for our borough with her knowledge of community organizing to take Community Board 11 to the next level.
